With over 5.3 million followers on Instagram, Dunne has become a social media sensation and is widely recognized as the “Golden Girl” of collegiate gymnastics.
During her appearance on the Best of Both Worlds with Flau'jae podcast, Dunne revealed that some followers made bizarre requests, including one asking for her bathwater.
She explained that she handled the strange requests with humor, turning them into a joke and responding with equally ridiculous comments to diffuse the situation.
Flau’jae Johnson, her teammate and co-host, confirmed having seen many of these strange requests appear in the comment sections of Dunne's posts.
Dunne expressed frustration over how some people reduce her achievements to her appearance, attributing her success to looks rather than her hard work and talent in gymnastics.
Currently, Dunne is balancing her gymnastics career with her studies at Louisiana State University (LSU), where she continues to train with the gymnastics team.
Despite her successes, she often faces criticism, with detractors claiming that her fame and fortune are not deserved and are solely based on her physical appearance rather than her athletic abilities.
