BLACKPINK will perform in stadiums across the world starting next summer, their first shows since 2023. The music group plans 13 concerts in 10 cities, starting in South Korea and ending with three nights in Tokyo.
“We will be coming out with new music soon,” ROSÉ told The Cut magazine last week. She explained why the group took a break: “We all needed time to explore and be our own people, but we still have business left to do.”
During their time focusing on solo projects, the members worked on personal ventures. ROSÉ’s song “APT.” with Bruno Mars stayed at #1 on iTunes for 96 days. Lisa joined the TV show “The White Lotus” and released a song called “Born Again” with singers Doja Cat and Raye.
The concerts will fill some of the biggest music venues in each city. The U.S. shows include SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and Soldier Field in Chicago. In Europe, they’ll perform at Wembley Stadium in London – no Korean girl group has played there before.
