Rep. Luna: Congress Has Photos of ‘Aircraft Not Made By Mankind’ While Pentagon Reports 757 New UAP Sightings

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna made headlines this week after claiming on Joe Rogan’s podcast that lawmakers have seen evidence of “interdimensional beings” capable of moving outside normal time and space.

“I think that they can actually operate through the time spaces that we currently have,” Luna stated during the podcast released Wednesday. “That’s not something that I came up with on my own. That’s based on stuff that we’ve seen. That’s based on information that we’ve been told.”

The Florida Republican, who chairs the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, told Rogan she has viewed photographic evidence of aircraft “not made by mankind” and spoken with military pilots who reported encounters with unidentified objects that outperformed their aircraft.

Luna’s claims come amid her ongoing push for government transparency on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), formerly known as UFOs. During the podcast, Luna described an incident from her time as an airfield manager at Portland Air National Guard where she believes a UAP was encountered. When she questioned a pilot about an airspace incursion, he reportedly refused to discuss it, saying only “we couldn’t identify it” and that it had “outperformed them.”

“Based on testimony, based on witnesses that have come forward… there have been incidences where very credible people have reported movement outside of time and space,” Luna claimed, while acknowledging she personally has not seen a portal or spacecraft.

Her task force, established earlier this year, investigates multiple government secrecy issues, including UAP sightings, the JFK assassination, and COVID-19 origins. Luna has previously joined bipartisan efforts calling for greater transparency around UAP encounters reported by military personnel.

The congresswoman’s statements contrast with findings from the Pentagon’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), which stated in its latest report that it has “discovered no evidence of extraterrestrial beings, activity, or technology” despite investigating over 1,600 UAP reports since its creation.

AARO’s November 2024 report documented 757 new UAP sightings between May 2023 and June 2024, with subset of cases classified as “truly anomalous” that merit further analysis. Most resolved cases were explained as balloons, birds, drones, or satellites.

Luna, 36, is a US Air Force veteran first elected to Congress in 2022. She has maintained her interest in UAP transparency since 2023, when she participated in congressional hearings where whistleblowers alleged government cover-ups of UAP encounters.

Whether Luna’s claims represent a significant breakthrough in disclosure or merely add to ongoing speculation remains to be seen, as the debate over UAPs continues to bridge scientific inquiry, government oversight, and public fascination.
