Israeli forces killed 23 people in Gaza this Saturday, including three children. “At least 23 dead and dozens of wounded were taken (to hospitals) after Israeli firing and raids”, civil defence spokesman Mahmud Bassal told AFP.

In a series of airstrikes, Israel has yet again attacked Lebanon. This time the Israeli drone targeted a car in Kounine, a town in Bint Jbeil district, southern Lebanon. The attack comes a day after Israel’s airstrike in southern Lebanon, where the IDF claims an underground Hezbollah facility is.

US President Donald Trump at a White House briefing said that he would “absolutely” consider bombing Iran again. He also reacted to Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei’s remark that Iran “slapped America in the face”. In a social media post he said “His Country was decimated, his three evil Nuclear Sites were OBLITERATED, and I knew EXACTLY where he was sheltered, and would not let Israel, or the US Armed Forces, by far the Greatest and Most Powerful in the World, terminate his life. I SAVED HIM FROM A VERY UGLY AND IGNOMINIOUS DEATH.”

Palestinian authorities claim to have found narcotic pills in the US-backed food-aid for Gaza. The flour bags dispatched by the US contain the painkiller Oxycodone, Gaza government’s media informed. “It is possible that these pills were deliberately ground or dissolved inside the flour itself, which constitutes a direct assault on public health,” it warned.

Condoleezza Rice, the former secretary of state during George W Bush administration, praises current US President Donald Trump for his actions regarding Iraq, “We will eventually know precisely how much the Iranian program was damaged, but I think all of the evidence is that it was substantially, significantly damaged to the place that, for a while at least, it will be hard to build a nuclear weapon.” He was a key player in the War on Terror.
